Bad review removal
Google has policies against fake reviews, spam, off-topic posts, and reviews from people with a conflict of interest. Most businesses never flag these because they do not know what qualifies or do not have time to deal with it.
Every month we read through your reviews and identify any that violate these policies. We then file formal removal requests through Google. If a request is rejected we appeal it. Reviews that come down cannot hurt you anymore and your rating goes up.
Why your rating number matters
The difference between a 4.1 and a 4.4 looks small but has a real effect on whether someone picks you. People scan ratings quickly and make a snap judgment. A single removed 1-star review can move your rating enough to change that judgment.
