FAQ
Straight answers.
Do I need to log into anything?
No. Everything is delivered to your inbox: the Monday Brief, the monthly report, and any removal updates. There is no app to download, no new login to manage, and nothing to check.
What do you monitor?
Your reviews, read every day. New ones get a response in your voice. Removal requests filed where the policy is violated.
Will the responses sound like me?
Yes. During setup we ask you to write two short replies in your own words. We use those samples to match your tone across every response. Your voice, not a generic template.
What if I don't like a response?
Email us and we'll rewrite it. If something feels too formal, too casual, or misses the point, tell us and we fix it.
Can every bad review be removed?
No. We flag reviews that appear to violate Google policy and file removal requests for the ones that qualify. If a review stays live after review and appeal, we focus on responding clearly so the public sees your side.
What if I don't have many reviews yet?
That's exactly when each one matters most. One review can move your rating. We monitor, respond, and report regardless of volume.
How much does it cost?
RepMark is $197 per month after your free first month. There is no setup fee, no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.
How is this different from Birdeye or Podium?
They leave work for you to manage. RepMark is work we do for you. Nothing to configure. No new login.
Work left to you vs. work we do for you.
Can I request a sample report before subscribing?
Yes. Email ben@getrepmark.com and ask for a sample. We'll send one within 24 hours.
What kinds of businesses does this work for?
Any local business that depends on reviews before customers decide: restaurants, auto shops, dental offices, salons, contractors, law firms, hotels, and more.
