RepMark ("we," "us," or "our") is operated from Orange County, CA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services at getrepmark.com. By using RepMark, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
RepMark is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and operate the RepMark service:
- Account information: your email address, username, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you sign up.
- Business profile information: your business name, address, and related details you provide to configure your account.
- Inquiry information: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and message if you submit a contact inquiry.
- Payment information: billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details — Stripe handles this directly.
- Usage data: basic information about how you interact with the service (e.g., pages visited, actions taken) used to operate and improve RepMark.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Deliver the RepMark service, including reputation reports and analytics
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, inquiry confirmations) via SendGrid
- Respond to inquiries and support requests
- Improve and maintain the platform
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
RepMark uses the following third-party services to operate:

These services receive only the data necessary to perform their function. We do not share your information with any other third parties.

Your data is stored in a hosted PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain certain data for a reasonable period for legal and operational purposes before deleting it.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
